Thread: link exchange - does it realy work

I was thinking about other means of link building then link exchange came into my mind. I am wondering if link exchange is a good choice.

Personally I have never tried it but want to get your views about it.

Is it safe to do link exchange?

Link exchange used to be a good choice earlier .... But I don't think its much preferred now-a-days !

It used to be but not so much now with the new G updates.

You have a great know-how on SEO techniques. As I told you before I got to learn more and more from you. I also heard that link exchange is not a good choice nowadays. Therefore I trust your words.

And how can you be sure about that. Some more explanation is needed here.

I think that it is good if are link exchange with a high PR website otherwise it is almost useless.

i would skip it doesn't seem to help at all any more and can get you into trouble with G

in context link trades (in articles) can help but not the ones from link exchange pages
