I understand your concern, and if it was an ebook i wrote i would give away review offers. But, this is 500 pages linking to a page or sales offer of your choice, hosted by me.
And what are the purpose of review offers? Just to have products for free, or to review them?

The salespage has no photoshopped Clickbank-statement or other fake "proof" You can actually go to Google and to the searches.

About the 2 domains

The first one is the standard subscription offer with 100 pages a month. The second website contains a one-time offer with 500 pages.

I had a look at your website, and i think you should build keywords around travel doctors,services you provide and combine it with the countries you offer your services. I guess you have some ideas yourself too.

Travel vaccinations could be useful too, but that is something travellers get before they travel?

I just posted a case study at my blog. It is a 1 month domain with few or no backlinks, but still showing good results.

Some of you will probably think that getting a high ranking for a single keyword isn't that difficult. And you are right. But remember, for a single project I use 50-100 keywords to make 1000s of pages. How many weeks or months you need to create that the old way?
