Programmer needed (php & moneybookers integration)

I own and run Gofarmer - farm to farm sales for livestock, farm machinery, equestrian, feeds stuffs, farm stays, farm shops, rural crafts, meat produce. AT THE MOMENT it uses moneybookers integrated gateway system to accept recurring payments by credit card. It is a membership based site where people pay £5 to register as a seller and then get automatic access to the members area and can place adverts. A subscription is set up so the next year it is £45 to continue membership. If the subscription is cancelled the person's adverts are removed and they are downgraded to a free member.

Initially I used worldpay as my credit card processor and had this integrated into my site. But it got expensive so moved to moneybookers as was free and seemed a good system.

NOW moneybookers have changed to SKRILL and are charging 19.99 a month.

I have looked for other options but there seems little in the way of credit card processing offering what I want for under $30/mth.

Therefore I have decided to do the following:

Stay with moneybookers but remove the gateway system so not charged. The Gofarmer system would need to be changed so that someone goes to the site, pays through moneybookers (sets up a recurring yearly fee) from a simple shopping cart and is then taken to my register page via a secure system so it cannot be bypassed (i.e. someone cannot just find out register page and sign up not having paid) and is then entered into the system.

I would need to get an email from both moneybookers (sent automatically usually) AND my site to check the person has paid and has been entered into the system correctly.

If this is possible then I will change the pricing so that it is £24.99 a year and there is no special first year offer of £5. It would be £24.99 each and every year they remained a member. If they did not renew I would need to know (via email from moneybookers system - again think should be automatic) so they could be removed from the database but I could do this manually.

    POINTS TO NOTE AND ADDRESS:

    - must not be able to bypass the payment system or if not possible then need alternatives such as details being sent to me to enter them manually
    - if subscription cancelled must get email so I can remove them from the system

Paypal NOT an option as too expensive and makes moving to a new system pointless.

Needs doing in next few days.

I will discuss budget with someone once I actually know they can do the work as sick of people wasting my time. If you have no experience with moneybookers DO NOT contact me - if you do not understand what I want doing - DO NOT CONTACT me.

papraxee-> reference sites?????? what do you mean and why is this relevant at all?

No idea why I would need to give him any other sites for inspiration when all I am wanting is the integrated payment gateway removing and a slight change in the way I accept payments on my site.

Sorry, I was just telling you what I thought he meant.

By the way I would do this for you as I know PHP, HTML etc. but I have no experience of MoneyBookers
