I will build 100 ranging from 1-6 PR.

If all the links are to something like vilesilencer or other directory, then I'm afraid they ain't quality.

A quality link is from a related site but not a competing site that references your site in their content, not from a links page etc;

Now if you can get me 50 quality links as described above I shall gladly pay you $50.
