Answered your posts above. You can use it for your website without any issue as well as squidoo page. Order through provided link at first page. To get it in 17$ you need to order 2 times.

Be it the pre-panda period or the post-panda period, profile links from forums are one of the most low quality of backlinks that one can build. Forum links, profile links, forum post links are no longer safe!
