I cannot believe these blogs have 16k+ spammy comments on single blog post.

Who said it is for direct posting or for posting at all.
You can use scrapebox on it to find some more dofollow AA blogs from it.
Go and take Link extractor, then Backlink Check Addon, then Blog Analyzer Addon, then blast, check links, repeat.
You should get few thousands AA urls to post on.
