and i figured a good start would be to contribute.

gives out free VPS, 128MB ram 10GB disk unlimited bandwidth.

Well There are few places which offer free VPS but Host1free is not one I would recommend. Unless you want one for testing stuff and wouldn't bother if you get it or not.

hmm that wouldbe nice but i can get 1 GB windows hosting for 10$ for month... with 128mb ram we cant install control panel at least

I don't mind post2host if it's a good host but I don't their business ethics. If you pass this IP crap thing then 9 out of 10 times you will receive a message telling staff thinks you will do bad things with the VPS. Yup they can tell you about your future ! This is one of mails you get,
