Thread: My HP Laptop is out ....:(

I will never ever buy a HP product again .Customer support sucks , for a backlight lamp to my screen they suggest me to change all screen not only this damn lamp.....the reason.............service parts is no longer available for my 2y old laptop.

It's only two years old? There was a bit of confusion about HP not making PC's anymore, and then they decided it would be wrong not to.... Still, its no excuse for inadequate customer service. Is there a way you can change the bulb on your own if you can get the part? Or is there a warranty involved?

Yes i find one to buy on e-bay.....hehehe , but this is not normal.HP still make PC´s and Laptop´s here in Sweden they have a big market place .........but support sucks .

The good thing is that you found a replacement part though. Just not a good experience going through bad customer support, some big companies still don't really get the message.
