Someone guide here properly where I have to prepare a software for my medical department in which all my medical record must be computerized for the convenience of the doctors and the patients.

If you can find a forum for hospital admins you should ask this question there. People that are actually using the available packages could probablly give you better information.

be careful with this. security is key , if info falls into the wrong hands there will be a major lawsuit.... there are very tight laws on this.
