Did you try automaticbacklinks.com service?
It shows some interesting results in experiment I am running for one of my sites (got PR4 in 2 months on newly registered domain)

I don't think this service is worth the risk that is associated with link exchanges. Google absolutely hates this kind of link exchanges and may penalise your site

Reciprocal links are same kind and Google does not love exchange links so every one should avoid by these kind of links.

That a nice tips. Should be careful with links that are posted here. It might cause harm to your website.

Google hates that kind of websites and loves quality back links done manually.

most of backlinks like them are not natural and google is aware of that so that may be harmfull i dont recommend it
