where do i has to post my link
i had sites with a high pr
ex: www somex com has page rank 8
and at last it has comments redirection link when i click the link it redirects to
some : www somex com\ index.php?i d=comments etc where it has no page rank then when i comment with my link as reference is it counts

No it doesn't count it is totaly different page and google rank pages not websites.
