My advice to you, is never ever use free backlink submitters unless you don't value your website. The problem is 2 parts, one if google sees you increased your backlinks by say a 100 in a day, how do you think that looks? Not good, and you can get google slapped for that. The second part is the fact most these free backlinks don't last and if google sees a big increase, then a drastic drop off, that too looks bad.
The problem you're most likely having is either they've been deleted or the sites have been updated so this type of submitter won't work - I imagine it goes against the terms of service of many of these sites.
Also it will depend how you're checking the links, manually or not.
Personally I didn't notice being slapped by Google when I used this, but it depends how many back links were successfully created.
Taipres is correct though, big drop offs can look bad, personally I've not noticed being slapped for it though.

I tried signing up with BlueBacklinks about a month ago and when I received the confirmation email, AdAware blocked it because HPHosts has blacklisted the site.
I emailed BB support to alert them to the issue, and they had no idea what "blacklisting" or "HPHosts" were. I also emailed AdAware to submit the email as a sample to determine whether or not it did contain malware as AdAware stated, but have yet to hear back about it. Additionally, BB is listed in WOT as containing malware.
In other words, just be careful with BB, and use discretion when visiting the site or clicking links.
Backlinkwatch on the other hand is great and will show links that most other checkers do not, but you can only use it once every few months because it shows cached results.
Hi Himx. The command site:yoursite.com is used to see the pages indexed by google. The command link:yoursite.com is the real command to see what pages are linking to our site. Thanks...
if you go onto google and type linkdomain:yourwebsite.com it will show your backlinks you can also use site:yourwebsite.com and that will show how many pages your site has indexed.
somebody tell to check from backlinkfinder dot com
