What are best Link Building techniques after Panda?

Social Bookmarking is still on of the keys. Get a lot of bookmarks mixed follow, dofollow. Spread it over days/weeks (depends on the domain age) and you will get nice results.

After Panda Update its important to make MUCH unique content at first and the use press releases, article directories and social bookmarks for backlinks.

EDU and GOV backlinks still rule !

Find some fiverr gigs by searching for EDU backlinks and check the seller's rep.
How many sales, how many positive feedbacks, etc.

unique content and back links from high authority sites, (high PR). I think article submissions is one of the best ways.

Unique content is very important and make a good effort to have a good content and also make a good links from edu and gov sites make a link on web 2.0 sites also use the link wheeling method to make a good pr it is in now a days

- Use only unique content in your site.
- Remove scrap content and update the site with fresh content.
- Involve on guest blogging in the niche sites.
- Improve the content to ad ratio.
- Use link bait to gain natural backlinks.

How about off-page? This is only for on-page. And I know that this seems to be hard to rank web with the old techniques.

The best thing you can do is lots of guest posting on relevant blogs and start using link baiting techniques to provoke people to link to you rather than asking for links. Write provocative content, review products in hopes that the company will link to your review, hold contests, and get involved in the professional community.

Make sure you use Unique Content

I still think that a variety of links is the best strategy. Articles, blogs, blog comments, forums, web 2.0, RSS.

Obviously Link Bait is great to get people to naturally link to you, but let's face it most of the links out there are self-made.

When it comes to links, natural is best. And natural looking is next best. So if I can't get natural links then I at least want to make my links appear natural by having a variety of links from different sources with different anchor texts.

Panda is about Content, so crappy content is now not easily ranked and you can say, Panda is actually Death Announcements of AutoBlogs with Copied or Crappy Spinning Content. So the resolution after Panda is Unique and Fresh Content that will really really help you to rank your sites.

For the best strategy after Panda is Social Bookmarking and Guest Posting. Seems to be working alot.

well it depend on many factors.. there are a lot of social bookmark that just useless to link to.. you just need to consider lot of ranking factor

The link building technique which involved using duplicate content will not be an effective strategy. For example if you submit one article to 500 article directories , that may not work like previously.

Focus more on 'unique content' even if you are using that content for backlinking purpose.

bookmarks are incredible. especially if you can get google to crawl bookmarking sites front page immediately after you bookmark in that site. BUT honestly, just backlinks is key, Shoot for High PR/dofollow links with a chosen keyword pointing to your money site and voila, ur eatin breakfast with all the google asians!
