Hi lets talk about link juice here.. i just get confused recently

Which one pass more juice between PR0 website (the link is on actual home pages) and PR6 website (the link is on deeply pages)

or these link value the same way?

I would think that its the PR6 webpage, just because it has more juice to pass.

You are talking of PR of websites here.
PR of the page matters when talking of link juice.
You need to consider the PR of the page you are linking to. If the page you are linking to has high PR, it will pass more juice.

i just bit of confuse.. deeply link page also can be considered pass more juice than actual homepage links?

Link Juice only will be passed from actual deep link page. Home page only pass relevancy and authority.

Deep page, of course. If the page you're commenting on has the PR, thats the one you're going to get the juice from the most. You will get a little from the domain if it's PR is higher than 0.

I think the best way to pass on juice for me is link pyramids. These seem to have worked well for me in the past and I've seen significant results because of it.

There is no best of the best really.
The more high PR backlinks (or edu/gov) the better your ranking.
Any method to get those high quality backlinks should be used.

Even create low or PR0 backlinks...make your link building look natural.

Are these kind of links (edu/gov) hard to get or full of OBL? due to anyone can posts links to the edu/gov sites

I think the main focus must be on relevant permanent backlinks, preferably in content links, but links need to stay permanent, so you can build new permanent links, etc...
Links from high PR pages are good, but one should not concentrate only on that.
I will always go for in content relevant permanent link from PR0 with no OBLs (let say blog post), than irrelevant link from PR2-5 with many OBLs.
