1. Directory submission
2. Article submission
3. Social bookmarking
4. Press release
5. Blog commenting

I have ordered them in such a way so that it will look that first is important than second one, then second is important then third one and so on.......

I give top priority to Guest Blogging and then followed by blog commenting, social bookmarking, forum posting, directory submission.

Yes, the is order is good, we need to do directory submission first, when we reach in competitive area on page 2 and page 1 then we need to use most quality links, from blogs, forums and related sites as well.

I think I'd rate press releases higher than you have done, as long as they are done properly.

Why you don't mentioned links from WEB 2.0, WIKI pages, EDU / GOV links, Profile links. You can't rank high if you build only 5 types of backlinks, you need all type links, especially for high competition KW.
