Thread: The lowest percent of Google ranking Algorithm component

if we read about factor/component of Google ranking algorithm, the highest percent (24%) of component is authority of the host domain BUT

the lowest percent (5%) of component is Social Graph Metric

what is it mean by Social Graph Metric???

As far as I know it eans presence on Social network and direct traffic coming from Social network.. I do not think it has 5% weightage, it is supposed to be even less

Social network? do you mean traffic come from facebook, twitter, etc.? maybe it suppose to be less, i just pick up the data that out of date maybe

so if your website got more 'likes' or more 'tweets', it can be said your site is really count for google? the percentage is so low, and maybe i would think we focus on more higher percentage such as 'link popularity' components

I think basically all that and much more mixed together creates one part of the ranking algo.
