    Accuracy of google analytics

    Can someone share his experience based on the google analytics accuracy? I am having some doubts in my mind because my blog gets 2000+ credit points from 1000 banners but in google analytics, it registers only 20 impressions with 40-50% bounce rate.

    As per my experience analytics result is almost true. There is something happening wrong so you got this type of big difference. It may happen that you have made mistake to check visitors. Also you can check in statcounter.

    What Google analytics shows is always less than total number of visitors. GA shows only those visitor who Have Javascript enabled browser and stays on your site till full page loads...

    AWSTAT can show you actual number of visitors... with more than 98% accuracy

    More over Google Analytics always shows you the actual results. Make sure to check the unique visits and page views. page views must be always high compare to the unique visits.

    Why would anyone care about visitors who leave before the page even loads?

    I would. it would show me that I need to work on the site's loading speed.
