If a domain is a PR6, but the page I want to comment on is a PR0, do you still get some juice from the domains PR6?

I think that no PR bigger than PR0 will be passed on to your URL, but you will get some small credits for that website authority/trust if that is authority website in the first place...

NO, you will not get any link juice for backlink from that page. Domain authority won't play any role in passing link credit. But if the site is reputed that may add some weight on your backlinks.

Better to have a backlink from actual PR6 page. This is the only way to get link juice. Otherwise i dont think so you can get any link juice.

Yes, you can get, the benefit of pr would be distributed to all the pages as well.

i think yes,maybe a little link juice. However it's more better to comment on actual high PR pages.
