How do I increase my website ranking in Google without SEO?

Without seo is not possible practically, you can get for some very low competitive keyword which no one is targeting or some long term keywords.

Actually it is, it is called Adwords and it is one of googles main $ sources.

Well when you run a website virtually everything you do to the site could be considered SEO. So there is no way to make a website unless you do some SEO first whether thats on-page SEO (creating domain, content, validating css etc).
Then there's off-site SEO which is from something basic like creating a twitter account for the site and doing some tweets/following others etc. But if you don't do any of that you loose out on so much and it kind of defeats the purpose of starting a site in the first place.
The best you can expect from a site with no SEO is NTH rankings lol unless you get lucky, it depends. Sometimes you can launch a site and it go straight to top, sometimes it takes work, sometimes you have to give up and put it on the backburner while you try your next project..
Or the alternative is like Nemanja says Adwords which can be quite lucrative for some of the experts at it but it is a fine art to master have to do your homework can end up loosing your first punt with not much return but sometimes you can find the right balance and get a good ROI with Adwords.

You cant increase your website ranking without SEO.

use third party application like blogspot, wordpress, joomla, they have built in basic seo rules... you just need to focus on the unique contents based on your keywords, per day if possible 10-20 articles with min 500 words on each article.. .. i believe in 6 months you will rank first page of google (depends on the competitive of your keywords)

Try to post something that goes viral... from alone! Most funny post will be easy gets viral.

If we don't do SEO. Then we must think more about our audience/customers interest by making website more user friendly (especially the content just natural not optimized) which attract user attention, which will automatically build your rankings in the search engines (Google).

Better you go with Ad-words

In general it is very tough task to get website rank in Search engine results without doing Search Engine Optimization but there is one way to get leads/inquiries from online users. That is Google ad words, for this you need to have good investment.

But with my 5 years of S E O experience i can say that Organic S E O is the beset way to rank in results.

Nothing is possible in internet world without seo. Seo is most important, you cannot ignore this.

It's so hard to rank a website in Google by doing SEO. But If you don't want to SEO it will be the hardest. I think it is no possible. I recommend you to change your view and focus on SEO

Without Doing SEO You can not be top in Google SERP but if you are not doing Seo for your website be active on Social Media And the best social media channel is Google + and try yo share unique content with your keywords and be sure that you use third Party Application and build blog on blogspot, wordpress, joomla and try to share unique content with keyword rich content is useful for ranking purpose,
