I couldn't quite figure out how to make my website display in Google search like the example below. Appreciate any help...

This is something you don't have control over as far as I know.
Once you get the sites links(in WT) as the google call it, you then remove once you dont' want.

I'm assuming you're talking about those 10 links below the first search result. These are called sitelinks. Google decides whether to give your site the sitelinks or not based on the visitor's activity and CTR you get from the search engine. So, first you need to give your site an authority with some valid links to improve your ranking.

In my case, my 2 months old website got 10 sitelinks simultaneously a week ago. All the page which got sitelinks were my most visited pages that was actually referred by Google.

Once you achieve good rankings and start to get visitors from Google, you'll probably get awarded with sitelinks.
