I learn SEO from the firm where I am working presently. Now I Keep me updated on latest SEO techniques by engaging and taking parts in social forums and blogs.

Reading some tutorials, but the most is learning by doing myself

From the Google's starter guide, and watching videos: GoogleWebmasterHelp's Channel - YouTube

Then testing/trying various methods myself.

I've read several SEO ebooks and tutorials over the past few years and i tested each technique to see what works and what doesn't...Implementing and testing is the key here.
