The transaction ID means that he sent you money. You need to check on your PayPal account if you received the money. You can also check on your e-mail address that you used as your PayPal ID to check if the payment has been sent. If there is none, then you need to verify your payer.

You can verify your paypal account by Virtual Credit Card that can be purchased online. You have to avoid frequently sending money, else you'll get limited.

You need to accept the payment so that it will be reflected/credited to your PayPal account. You only need to do this ones. Try to check on your PayPal transaction history. If the payment was really sent, it should be there. You need to click on the Accept button to receive the money in your PayPal account.

i think by now the money might have credited into the payers acct, you need to accept the money once you got transaction id. check with your payer, he might help you..

That is too bad. First thing you will see when you receive a payment is an e-mail from PayPal letting you know that a payment has been credited to your account.

Maybe he/she sent it to the wrong account, I have sent money to the wrong account one time, but he didn't accepted that, so ask him/her.
