i am sure theres a bit where you can state what the average payments to your account will be
you are allowed tranactions up to i think £1,500 something like that after you hit this threshold you need to verify or at least thats what it used to be
tbh i always have two accounts with them for obvious reasons
paypal users in india went through a rough time so best thing is to check everything out if in doubt dont use them

Why don't you create new account yourself instead of receiving money through your friends account?

because I'm going to China more often. If i can't get money from Russia, its all the same even if i make a new account with a Chinese address. I only have to get money when I go there !!!

Yep if you goto China often you should create the account while you are there. And Don't login to the account from any other country because they freeze your account if you do and ask you to provide proof that you are a citizen of the country where you created the account.
