Mind you...you won't make nice money from adsense, unless you have like 20 or more niche blogs or sites online.
It depends on your niches, but overall you'll need to keep adding content to a lot of sites to earn nicely from adsense.
No traffic = no adsense revenue.

Use the Google keyword tool to identify keywords which attract decent CPCs. Build quality content around those keywords (try identifying local keywords for service providers in specific areas, for example - like dentists, lawyers, lumbers, insurance). Adsense will match their ads to your content and you should start earning. You'll need lots of content and that content will need to rank, of course. It's a long, slow process!
Without visitors you're not going to earn anything. If you've found (a) profitable keyword(s) you're going to have to build backlinks using low competition keyword phrases containing those main keywords to get your natural search engine traffic. You'll have to build your content around your keyword phrases AND the main keyword in several other phrases, because the main keywords will have loads of competition and your site or blog would not be seen in the SE's at all.
From my experience it's quite a lot of work to rank your blog nicely for adsense revenue, because not only do you have to build your backlinks (to lots of pages on your site, not just to the main page), you also have to make sure you add content continuously and even search for more relevant keyword phrases (subniche) and build seperate categoeries and pages around those. It's a constant process and best would be to create several blogs to generate a nice income from adsense.
I'm doing it "on the side" because for me it's just too much work and I don't have the time for it. However, if you put a lot of effort into a few blogs and grow them to authority sites (it's a hard job) you're set.

Google adsense needs really really long patient because if your adsense has a low click it mean people are not interested in your adds.maybe you should post it in some social websites like facebook or twitter but you need to avoid spam..that is the worst thing about that..
high targetted traffic = high revenue... you just need to conquer low competition keyword with high volume searches per month. All effort require a lot of time and just need to stick with it.. don't give up if you don't get enough click
Well, for example I have low CPC but high traffic.
You can make more than me with high cpc + average traffic.
Depends..
The click rate really depends on the ads that is showing on your website. Big companies ads usually pays higher and you have to get to the right niche for them to show. For example credit card give good payment because banks are willing to pay more for Adwords.

From where does your traffic coming from?
Your click rate is low because your traffic is low qualty, but give it some time. When I started my cpc was €0,01 now its around €1-0,50. Give it some time. Meantime work on getting more traffic. One more thing if you put text ads not image you might get more clicks. Test it.
when you are searching for the keyword to target, you have to ensure that the article that you are writing revolves around a keyword that has a high CPC.
