Thread: Low Adsense Earnings

I've very low adsense earnings. I wonder if my adsense placement is wrong... Please have a look at my adsense placement: DigitalBunch - SEO, Blogging and Useful tricks also Hack Tutors - Blogger Templates, SEO tips and Blogging

I use this both site for adsense.

And share you tips how you actually try to increase your adsense earnings...

Yeah, traffic. I don't get enough traffic...

How much traffic you are getting for your hacktutors.info? Make it dofollow and add CommentLuv Blog. I have done this and observing some good increase in page impressions and visitors. Also i removed reCaptch as i have a new blog.

Hack Tutors is powered by Blogger, so I can't install comment luv. Making it DoFollow may decrease my PR. So, I must leave it as it is

Well Anup could you tell us how many UV's you get for each of these sites. Also Check how many of these UV's are from USA,Canada and UK.

I think your ads too way too much blended in. Since both sites have lots of links visitors have less chance to notice your AdSense ads. Since you are good at creating themes I think you should make a custom theme for your blog with AdSense ad placements optimized. Blogs usually get low CTR so you need to do more things to get a better CTR.

Check seoBunnys blog. She Ad placement is 100% optimized. You can't do better than that. Yours is much similar but try making ad units bit stand out. (Dont over do it). It will take your visitors attention.

How is the CTR ? Custom yes but do visitors spot your Google Ads right away ?

CTR is very low... Only few clicks per day

500UV are not much. before we had a site with about 200-250UV and some days I got 0 earnings. But it was a forum. But I think if you have 500UV u can earn more than 10$ a day. BTW how much is your earnings now per day ?

if you target USA, Canada, European traffic, probably your earnings will be more. Some high paying google ads are visible only for USA. EG - Chicago lawyers, this ad pays more, but only visible for people live in that city. I think u get lot of Asian traffic, thats why earnings are low.

U may ask about this from seo bunny, Once I saw somewhere she said, her adsense earnings are about 3000 Euros a month. since her blog is in German language, I don't think she gets lot of visitors out side of Germany, and I think she gets high paying clicks because of German traffic.
SEO bunny can give u a good advice about this matter for sure.

That can be the reason for low earnings but that can't be the reason for low CTR. I still think problem is the visibility.

I didn't filtered low paying ads yet. It would be great if you guide me how to do that.
