I am not going to say it is impossible to do it, because it's been done, but it is not that simple either, you will have to put a lot of effort into it, heck, i'll be happy with half that amount of visitors.

- Go to google trends.
- Create or Rewrite 10 article/day from there.
- Spread it to Social Bookmarks
- Spread it to Social Networks
- Share it in Forum Discussion
- Create Off Page SEO (You Know what i means)
- Make your Article to Video then Share it to youtube, etc.
- Create Article in PDF then share it in PDF Directory
- Create it in Power Point then share it in Power Point Directory.

These days it can be done with social media. If your blog is good enough for getting followers from every social web sites around. I don't think 10k visitors can be done with Google alone.

Yeah social media is already being used for it. Create a fan page using a great personality's name. Confuse the public with updates regarding him, and then in a few weeks time people will start believing you and then start misguiding them to your blog. I think it is worse than black hat but people are doing it and they are getting a huge list of followers.

Facebook would be a good place to start your social media traffic stream. Then Twitter and Pinterest. StumbleUpon works too but its not easy and need more work to get site popular there. Fashion related and entertainment niches are easy to promote social media sites.

You can order for website traffic on fiverr. Make sure you look for rating and testimonials. Good luck!

bro i tell you the truth what you are planning to do really need lots of planning and monetary investment.
you have to write many articles i mean useful articles that will benefit your visitors not just 10 or 20 post page, also patient is the key you have to wait for you site to climb to the top

do not forget you need backlinks i mean high PR links, this then means that you have to spend lots of money in buying this links continuously until you achieve you goal.

as have said though achievable it will cost you money, time, commitment and lots of hard work.

Instead I'd suggest you to progress slowly and constantly towards your goal ! If possible set a smaller goal at first and after you cross it, you'll be inspired and motivated alot to achieve your main goal (ie., 10K visits daily)

it can be done with Google, it is very possible if you get to the 1st page and the number one spot of a highly searched keywords

If your Content is what Your visitors Want to get then you get visitors to your Site..

You can't get the exact number at any cost you can get more than that or less than that. But for getting more according to me you must subscribe for facebook ad accounts of dollars 1k perday without it or any other PPC services I don't think it is possible to get good service.
