I have a sports website arodrive.com operating since 2009 and yet my site performance is really really bad. I have tried alot and nothing seem to work.

Could try use social media alot more and get your friends sharing and visiting your website, and try to think of some unique and new content that may attract peoples attention.

Try to make some guest blogposts in other blogs.
Search for relevant blogs and make handwritten natural comments on related articles.

I have seen your website it is good and looking attractive. You just need to focus on social networking and blogging , forums, articles.
