Is this absolutely right? So now I can try on eBay from Bangladesh. We have lots of opportunity for doing business in eBay specially in rural area.

    ---------- Post added 09-01-2010 at 02:56 AM ----------

IF we can sell lots of things on eBay, then what are the items we could sell on eBay?is it more easy for me doing this type of activities from Bangladesh?

You can sell anything you want, but I think that in Bangladesh you can't sell information products or services.

i started to sell neckties on ebay since 2005. ebay has huge traffice and big sale.
however, nowadays ebay charges too much and has too many strict rules.
and more important, profit of selling on ebay increasingly declines

I' have tried ebay. Usually used to see the real picture of the item and that is the reason when I list my item I always take a picture of it to make it look like legit. Its hard to sell something if your rating is low because that's what some of the buyers check out. Its a good idea to make an account as a seller & a buyer that way you can build up your rating.

They have an an affiliate program. Few years ago they changed it to pay per click. I haven't checked since then but it's hard to keep the account since they remove publishers for so many various reasons.

I have a good experience in ebay.. However recently i left it.. Try to find out market from where you can buy hardware at cheaper rates then go and charge less on ebay.. One of my friend visited china and formed pendrives of his name and sold them in NL.. It was a good experience and he got excess margine of profit too..

Yes, currently e-bay has a lot of problem. They're too buyer-oriented. When there is a problem, their priority is the buyer.
They didn't aware that seller isn't always in the wrong side. I got so many naughty buyer ask for refund when there is no problem.
I can't do nothing because I fear that my account got limited/bad reputation point.
