Thread: How to get more International Traffic in your WP Blog

Its Amazing!

I have installed the Wordpress Plugin "global translator" and now my Blog is in many languages!

Very Amazing is: My Blog results in google are in many other languages! So other coutrys can find my blog easily.

If you use a translator widget, Google will not show results in other languages!!! You need a plugin!






Very Important:

You have to set the right options at settings! If you will set it wrong, there will coming: "500 Internal server error"!!!

And dont use tooo many Flags! This will take also many errors to your blog.

Better you choose only the important Languages of the world like

- english
- german
- french
- spanish
- russian
...

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLUGIN!

Being from the States I think I would substitute Arabic for Belarussian. It may make them mad, but they are FSU and most, I would think, would know Russian.

Arabic Language ive forgot to use... right.. will upate it now. thanks

Might consider this for this forum if such plugin exist for VB and it is not hard on resources.

i test in my blog wp its work good... but When I try to translate my wp i got this page Before translation!

and on your site blog this page not display When translating, how i can fix it ? :-)

You gonna wait. It takes some time...

Google will translate it and saved it to cache... you gonna wait and see your results in google

type "site:your-domain-name.com" in google to watch if your sites saved in google

hey seobunny I think transposh is best , i never tried this one what do you think?
Transposh got problem that it translates when some crawler enter page otherwise all pages waits to be translated...

my pages are indexed in other languages after some weeks in google.

Very good information. You can get global traffic from social bookmarking & networking site also.

Yes but it will not work when people com from russia and cant translate the site to their languages. Many people from other countrys cant read english very well and are lazy.

yes u are right about that...
but i have a big probelem with google indexing :-( i must wait about 15 or 20 jours for index some pages
now ihave tow sites in sub directory since 20 days no sub directroy are indexing in google!!
