Should concentrate on guest blogging with high quality blogs. Others you can try are forum posting and blog commenting.

I don't think nofollow links will impact your seo. But they can sometimes be good for traffic though.

Maybe you can try both since both are free to use? See which one gets you the most traffic with the same marketing.

I've always leaned towards Wordpress for my own sites as it is so easy to use. But I've never properly tried Joomla or Drupal. Is there any reason to use those two other CMS?

Having your keywords or title in the url I believe does impact your seo rankings positively. So it's a technique to use for your website.

Best is to build a following on social media that you can regularly update.

It is still the leading search engine and will probably be the same in the next few years. So if there's a search engine you want to concentrate on, Google is still the one.
