Add partnership or Joint Venture

I think you don't know about partnership, joint ventures and freelancer section in other forums. For example if you want to hire a developer, where you will post ? LOL

You will post that in service section, because you need a service from that developer...
Partnership and/or Joint Venture is something very different from freelance, so please we don't want to mix apples and oranges now.
