I think this contest brings all that we don't want, sure it brings some quality and conversation, but with cost of spam and useless threads,
that is why I think we will no longer have contests, I will find a way to reward people differently.

Also I see it is easy to made a reply post for a new member who has just registered, because there have no any post he created on previous. So easily he/she can participate on every thread.

I believe that additional posts in a thread count toward the score. I doubt that I have participated in over 60 threads since the beginning of the contest. I also see what I think is a new feature on the profile activity page, a separate score for replies on started threads. As I recall that did not happen in the past so if you started a thread you got the 6 points but unless the additional replies previously just went into the replied to post column no more.

Yes exactly ... Its really nice that the new feature has separated points for posts on our own threads with the others ! With such a simple breakdown, one can keep track of his activity more easily !

I completely agree with you. As far as I see this contest (and previous ones also) is running on the power of 'Quantity' not on the basis of 'Quality'. It is very unfortunate but happening.

As far as I heard stay away from godaddy...

Of the two hosting companies that I have used HostGator is the better by a significant margin as far as speed is concerned. The other hosting is with another major provider in the States. There are a lot of horror stories about GoDaddy hosting, but I have no personal experience there. People who have a bad experience do tend to be more vocal.
