You will find anything you need on this Forum! IMTalk is the best of the best. Namanja that welcomed you here is the administrator if you need to hire out help for the site you are putting together look to the top left of the page and click forum. I know this is going to be a big money deal and you want it done right! If you simply cant find the right person for the job I bet Namaja will know who to contact.
Also look at the signature links of different post. The ones that have been around a while have links that will be very useful! IMTalk has great tools and the wiki links and supercharged bookmarks are an awesome feature but a good designer and SEO guy will set that up for you.
