i just creating a new blog. About blogging, SEO, domains and so on..

The blog have been index by google and now what i need to do to ensure traffic keep coming to my new blog?

In a day, how many backlinks should i build?

It depends on the quality of the links.
You need to concentrate on few targeted and niche related in content links per week, like niche blog posts and niche articles + few blog comments, SB, RSS, etc...
I will say about 50-100 targeted niche related links + 50-100 mixed links

If u are rich , lets buy some from websites which has got many indexes. Money is the power , power it the money.

this is nothing, for one of my website which is in the very hard serp competition I was building about 5000-10000 backlinks per week, somtimes maybe even more it depends.

Just try to get high quality links not just useless.

but what if u've got no money , have to do it by urself ?

Then you need to write articles and submit them manualy.
But I suggest to invest some money to save time

That depends on your financial position and how you value your time. Doing it manually costs only your time. Outsourcing needs to be paid but gives you your time in return. If you have the funds to outsource prioritize the things that need to be done. Do the things where you can be most productive and outsource the rest.

Youve gotta install the "global translator" plugin!!! Its very important to get more traffic...

Yes, you have many language there! How you have done it?

strange.., blog about SEO but asking about traffic. If you want traffic, just make a blog with hot searches from google trends.

boss invest money and got us 3 gals to build links through forum,blog.....tiresome ! everyone need to build more than 100 links building per day

u did it all by urself one person ?! i do it manually ,go to 100 sites sign up and enter "fight spam/bot code" i feel like a bot....

I don't have enough money to host my blog Thanks for suggestion anyway.

I think you should build a foundation of your backlinks by several thousands not too spam blog comments or forum messages,than you start building quality links,like directorty submission,press release,article submission and forum signature............
