For blogging, WordPress, of course. I do use some other CMSs for specialized applications, though.

i have tested some things on joomla but i don;'t like the way the cms is used on the back end
wordpress is always the best choice for blogging, easy to install and easy to work with, lots of plugins available and security of the script is tight for their is always an updated if ever there is ana exploit discovered
I use wordpress,it is the best for me.
