Out of the numerous plugins available, I would suggest comment luv premium.... Here you're actually encouraging users to comment on your site by rewarding them.

If you can't afford to buy this then there's always a free option available.... Download it directly from your wordpress plugins page.
ALso, i would suggest visiting Wordpress's plugin directory. It has lot of stuffs.

I think content is what makes visitors stay,not a plugin or other thing.
Probably a plugin that divides a post into various pages and then automatically enables a lightbox modal window that asks for comments from the visitor?
