What is your favorite type of theme on blogs/forums?

I personally prefer the medium ones that aren't to light but not to dark.. Like the ImTalk.org theme is a perfect example I love it.. I will admit a little darker would be nice but it's easy going on the eyes which is important for me.. I dont mind the dark themes; but the bright ones hurt my eyes when browsing...
