Hi i found this code when i am goggling ...and think that it may help many people ...i have not tested ...so use it and put your review so that other people get help ...
Here is something, on your blog, in the footer.php before the </body> tag if you paste this code above it, every time someone goes to your site they ping it from their own ip address.

Everytime one Visitor comes to your site the pingomatic-Service opens in an iframe. But i dont know if its good, ive read some times ago that pingsites also ban sites which going to ping to often. But i never verified this.
If your page is updated frequently and/or changing all the time(dynamic like), then this can be good, but other than that I think it is kind of "not necessary"
As we know, in WP writing section also have pinglist services, will it cause double pinging when updating pages?

Its not good for product or business sites with a meta "revisit after xx days"
This is only good on sites which is having everyday a new content.. like a blog startpage which is changing content everyday by showing new blogpost...
Or for Forums with daily new content on sites...
But I would be carefully with that... dont risk to get your site url banned on ping services sites.
Me Im using the WP plugin "cbnet Ping Optimizer 2.3.3"
The following services will automatically be pinged when you publish new posts or drafts.
Not when you publish future posts or edit previously published posts, as WordPress does by default.

try it to my template..
Be careful, my host (cant vouch for everyone here) can be abit funny playing with the footer of a template, because you can get banned if they feel its editing the credit of the theme or the system you are using, happened to a friend of mine on the same host as me, thought it would be good to add a script like that onto his WP site doing this his credit for the free theme disappeared, breaching the rules of the hosting. So be careful.
free theme is good for people that want to learn something about php by doing some little tweaks on its coding section, talking about the breach, if you put somebody's else logo or copyright content also you can get warn,Quote:

If it is good for daily updated blog then it is good for me but I want to make sure that it is not against Google rules.
