what is the best CMS you used or using ?

What is the best CMS you used or using ? mine is WordPress. I used Joomla before, but I had many problems with it , mostly because I had less knowledge about Joomla and learning it also was difficult. Then I started to use wordpress and its awesome, easy to learn and manage. So my vote goes for Wordpress. Whats yours ? mention all cms you used and what is the best among them.

I wanted to make a poll here, but I cannot find that option. !!

I got several, depending on what it is going to be used for. I initially started with mambo 4.0 way back in 2003 which forked into Joomla. Lately I am using Joomla/Wordpress/LightNEasy and Concrete5. LightNEasy is great for smaller websites and it can work with SQLite which is built in PHP5 so you don't need mysql running. Concrete5 is a great system, especially for people who need to update the content and they are not familiar with CMS systems. It allows you to add/edit content from the frontend. It is free, but the downside is that the add-ons (plugins) cost money. Highly recommended regardless...

I like both Blogger and WordPress. Blogger is my first choice where WordPress is second. I mostly use WordPress now a days though.

When I blog first time, I used Blogger because we have to invest $0 in it. Later, I begin to use WordPress because of its lots of good features which helps me to bring more efficiency for blogging. I also use WordPress for marketing purpose.

Blogger is also releasing some good features though.
    Hello there.

It allows you to add/edit content from the frontend.
Though I haven't really looked into it, WP 3 has begun to introduce some elements of editing from the page.

    I use WP for blogs.

I also have some sites built on the ArticleMS CMS, not just article directories. I find it relatively easy to work with but there are scripts out there that look for ArticleMS directories, so I turn off some features. There is a forum, but I would not rate support as great. It also seems that it is not the developer's main interest.

I looked at Joomla and Drupal, but, at the time, they were above my level. With my current level of experience they would probably make more sense. If I have a need for something like that I would not hesitate to look at them again.

I use a minimum of three, Akismet (anti-spam), Google Sitemap Generator, and All-in-One-SEO. I use a few other plug-ins on most sites, but too many plug-ins can slow down loading speed. JetPack is worth mentioning. It is a stats plug from WP and gives a lot of information right there in your admin UI, including ad clicks. A social networking plug is also something that you may wish to include. I have also used a commenting plug and a contact form plug on some sites.

Old shoes are often more comfortable than a brand new pair.

If you were starting fresh WP is probably much easier to get your head around. That was my experience and others have mentioned feeling the same. In all fairness, I looked at Joomla at a time when I had much less web development experience than when I looked at WordPress. With a better background there may have been less difference. I am still on the email list and get a notification when there is an update for Joomla, whereas WP just waves a flag when I open the admin UI if there is an update to the CMS or any of the plug-ins that I use.

If you start fresh WP will be lot easier to learn than Joomla. I tried both and the have sticked with WP since then. WP updates faster and also if has a huge load of great plugins. These make you life easy when you do bloging.
