Most of these 37.000 Links doesnt work, are dead or whatever...
and as the admin already wrote: "I decided to only go with quality rather than quantity"

So he removed all sites who we really dont need and are not working.

NOW IMT is garantee you 3000 LIVE LINKS!!!

So whats your problem.. you should be thankful for every backlink he is giving you with the website submitter tool.
Because to submitting to 37.000 sites needs a lot of brandwith and he spend a lot of time to develope this tool.

MAJOR UPDATE

As you can see tool has been updated again.
I decided to only go with quality rather than quantity, so I have removed about 34,000 non working low performing, duplicate etc. sites....
Tool now has "only" 3,000+ sites , but they are all working(at least for now) and most have live links pointing back to your site...

Also I have added link that you can click on as you have asked few times.
