Depends, but I would say the more tiers the best, so bookmarks ->web 2.0 ->money page.
But as I said it before it is individual and I can only say this testing, testing and some more testing.

I'm not sure if I understood this, but to answer not quite as if the content and anchors on both web 2.0 (especially) and SB sites are same or at least closely related, but then again:testing and some more testing.

I don't recommend link wheels in any form and was against it since day one when everyone where praising them.

Don't understand, linking what to your money site? Blasting what?

Let’s say I purchase social bookmarking and used the links on my web 2.0 properties, how will this help my money site ranking when the anchor text is different? Should the anchor text/keyword I use on my social bookmarking pointing to my web 2.0 be the same as the anchor of my site in order to rank for my chosen site keyword?

I submitted mine over a day ago I checked the progress lastnight and was working fine, checked the progress now its now showing $10.00 in my credits instead of $7.50 as well as nothing submitted? Has it been cancelled?

Your bookmarks where deleted by me, because something was wrong, in most cases your title was formatted wrong.
