This tool main purpose is not to gain high or better PR, as a matter of fact I can't think of any tool in this virtual world that its main purpose/goal is gaining high or better google PR.
On the other hand this tool main purpose is to get better rankings for your URLs and targeted keywords which will bring more traffic and eventually more sales, etc. and this tool is proven performer in doing so.
The "side effect" or "bonus" for using this tool can be in gaining better PR as well.
I must ask you why the PR is important to you? What does it mean to you?
Would you better prefer PR4 or 5 or so and no rankings for competitive search terms for your website/blog or
would you better prefer top 10 rankings for competitive search terms like "web hosting" or so and PR0?

I'm a web designer, have been for about 15 years, and I deal with a lot of local clients. A few years back all they were interested in was having a website, but there's been a big change lately and they're all asking about internet marketing now, which is great because it pays well and it's relatively easy to get them good results in the search engines for local searches.
So I've been using this tool on some brand new domains lately and I'm completely killing it for the businesses I'm dealing with... local joiners, car garages, a taxi company, a children's nursery.... they're not only on page 1 of Google.... they're usually in position #1 or position #2. Brand new domains too.
And this week I hit position #7 for a VERY competitive keyword in the Forex market, which is ridiculously competitive, and only a couple of weeks ago - according to Market Samurai - I was in position 82!
I made three affiliate sales for a financial trading product yesterday, one the day before that, and two the day before that, so this week Nemanja's new tool has added almost $500 to my affiliate commissions, out of nowhere, and that's on top of the amazing results I've been getting for the local businesses too.
Total spent to date = about $40.
Good investment :)
So if you're in any doubt at all, just do it.

I'm seeing very good results from this tool aswell. I have been using it on some smaller websites but now feel it is good to work on my main site. Question is though, if I want to just target a single keyphrase, is it ok to put this, and only this - in the title? Or should I put a few similar keywords in or make it a sentence?
So for instance, if my keyphrase was 'rubber duck' would I just enter that on its own or should I put 'rubber duck online store' or 'rubber duck bath toy' etc?
Sorry if this has been asked before but the thread is getting long now!

I'd say "mix and match it" a bit too. It needs to look natural and people will never mention you with the keyword "rubber ducks" all the time. They might call you the "rubber duck man" or "click here to check out these rubber ducks", so you need to spend a little bit on stuff that's complete nonsense to make the other proper links look as natural as possible.
The thing is... on here, it's not going to cost you too much to run your own tests. Go for 60/40 or 50/50 and just try some stuff.
It works, for sure.

It is great to learn from others experience(bad or good), but
I agree with advanceto that you should run your own tests, I know that, because I have made thousands of different tests in my entire IM & SEO online journey.
Little update on the tool and the network, some little bugs are fixed and I have tweeked the tool here and there...
Although websites from the network constantly receive backlinks, in next months starting from April I will concentrate on building more backlinks to them and create those websites even more powerful.
I was thinking about that too. I guess the sites in the network will be getting more powerful anyway, just by the way the system works, but whatever you can do to push things on all the better.

Yeah, I'm with you :) The links from the network alone are sure to be working wonders anyway, but the other stuff you mention is great.

I am getting good results from it too.. and still 1/2 way through.. Not sure if it was the 10 .edu links of Anup or the bookmarking but for my main keyword I jumped 2 places from 6 to 4 still fighting for 3rd (to be above the place pages) but also because I used a spun title I am ranking for keywords that I had spun that had no keywords on the page (they now do and has jumped a couple more places.).. and for the sub domains (which I also used with the tool) I am already number 1/2 place for those keywords too.. Long tail and low competition but it does seem to work very well. and my site is constantly being spidered thanks to the pings so when I updated content it was less than 24hrs before it was updated on google..
