OK, then I'll try this tool. but pls tell me something. If I buy credits for 10$ how many backlinks I'll receive? 200 tier1 and 600 tier2? Is this correct? And how many days should I choose (for 10$)?

I'm implementing paypal as a payment processing to this tool,
so we will be using paypal soon, if all goes OK.

That's really cool ....

So I guess the users will get credited instantly using the paypal IPN, unlike 2CO - that requires their team to verify the payment, isn't it ?

I'm not quite yet finished, so I only tested basic stuff, will know more soon,
but as far as I know, it depends, basically yes if the payment is completed(has "complete" status from paypal) and not pending or in progress, or expired or voided, etc...
Paypal has many status for their payments as well, much more than 2CO
I think that most of the payments has completed status if paypal, but as I said we will see, I never used paypal for selling purposes so I don't have experience with that.
They also have their Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, so I will implement that as well, if the payment is in pending state when it is finished(paid by buyer),
then after a few minutes or hours payment goes from pending to completed, their (IPN) will notify our imtalk "server"and your order will be credited instantly.
Payments can have pending status if they are paid by e-check so they need to wait for that e-check to be cleared , or by credit/debit card if that transaction for what ever reason wasn't instantly processed (CC wast'n charged), etc...

Update:
We switched from 2CO to PayPal.
I have finally implemented and tested PayPal payment processing,
but this is still newly installed so please notify me if something goes wrong.

Can I use this service for Mp3 site?

Not really. Its still music created by artists that are sold on albums, and unless you have the rights to sell them, it can be considered warez.

Well, I can't use this service for some sites . After I built new one (not Mp3=not warez), I will use it. Good review make me curious...
