I would like to use it a lot though (and I mean a lot), maybe adding 100 rss feeds some days.... but I don't want to take advantage and would gladly pay for this service. Is there a way we can pay if we add over 'so many' feeds a day/week/month? Can I offer a donation anywhere? What's the solution to this?

You are free to use it for what ever number of submissions per day, as long as the feeds are not adult, warez, spam, etc...

We don't have any donations for now, but we will in the future...

This is an awesome tool! It works great and quickly. However, I want to use the tool correctly and have no desire to spam. Is it it appropriate to submit a word press feed and also the wordpress category feeds also or is that spammy?

Thanks, it is OK, as lon as you don't submit adult, warez, gambling or any other type of spam.

Would you recommend resubmitting the same rss feed regularly or do these sites keep the rss in memory and update it on their own after the first submission?

A page is created on the directory site and your feed is displayed. You can see your feed pages under details in the submitted feeds section of the tool (there are links to the pages). You only need to submit one time per feed to this tool.

If you want the crawl update you RSS Directory page, you can simply ping it after your post published. However, I think google will found the update naturally too

No, once submitted there is no need to resubmit it again, also system will not let you do this.
As wink said, these RSS Dirs will always extract/publish if there is something new in your feed.

Tool can't recognize some feed types and then you can create one on below sites and then submit it.
