Question about IMT Supercharged Backlink tool

So recently I have just purchased 10 dollars of credits for this tool and submitted a site for Public SB Websites and 100 impressions for $2.50. This site is fairly new and I was wondering if I should use the Private SB websites too or wait till the 45 days is done for the public sb websites.
Also I have 10 dollars in credits and it cost 2.50 so should I do the public sb websites again to use my dollars, or wait till the time period is up for the first public websites is done to buy more impressions.
I could not find this information on the site, if it is there kindly point me in the right direction or answer please!

- In this same forum/section we have 3 support threads just for this tool + other threads about it as well.
- Please read before you ask questions, this tool is 3 years old mainly ALL questions are already answered few times.

To add about credits...For example you have cellphone SIM prepaid card with 10 dollars on it, and you phone your mom and you are left with $7.50 on your sim.
What should you do, should you phone your mom again and again until you spend all your credits??
