Your title seems to me to be over optimized. Make it a natural sounding title with your keywords close to the beginning. Something that would make sense to a visitor.

Your nav should be an unordered list rather than a table. Tables are for tabular data. Having your nav in a styled unordered list will make more sense to a search spider.

You have a lot of unnecessary inline styles. Those belong in the stylesheet. Particularly the repetitive font sizes. The page will load slightly faster without, although the page is small enough that it will not make a great deal of difference.

The line "A BIT OF INFORMATION ABOUT CARP" is a heading, but is in paragraph tags. It should be in h2 tags if it is of equal weight to your current h2 or h3 if it bears lessor weight.

I would also suggest redoing the meta description to get the keywords closer to the beginning. That won't make a significant difference to Google but may to some other search engines. The meta description is your opportunity to turn a potential visitor into a click through to your site, so put the information that they are looking for near the beginning and make a good call to action (click this result to find the information you are looking for!!).

The footer has what users would expect to be links to further information, but there are no links. This will appear as keyword stuffing to a search engine. I suggest that you either loose that section, or if you do plan on making those pages label it as 'coming soon'. The best choice would be to leave those out until there is content to which you can link. You might add a tickler paragraph above the footer that tells of future plans with an invitation to check back, but don't make it look like a nav section.

The key through out is to build a page for your visitors not for the search engines. If you make the page user friendly for human visitors the search bots will have no problem indexing it.

I am also a regular on a WYSIWYG web editor forum. That is where I gained much of my knowledge about web design and coding. From my experience there this page has a familiar ring. It appears that this is based on a template that was found somewhere on the web. The person that built the site found a template they liked and opened it in a WYSIWYG editor and proceeded to fill in the blanks without much knowledge about web design. They used the web editor as they would a word processor program and got the visual effect that they wanted. Some word processor power users do understand and use stylesheets, but many do not. The use of a table for the menu was probably done in the selected template.

I would also add that you do not have any social buttons on your site. I would suggest them.

How old is your site? Is it a month old?

I checked your backlinks and only seen from one place pointing to your site.

Your site will take time, if it is only a month old, please, please don't rush it and throw a bunch of links at it. I see you might be using the bookmarking tool here. That is a good place to start but I would select the 90 day, or at least the 60 day drip feed.

    Good luck my friend

    Thanks guys for your comments.

I work for a web design company and learned SEO while I was there.
I didnt want to re-code the website if im honest haha dont get paid enough to redesign them.

Its actually not new its just not been optimized for along time, and I am using the bookmarks tool and I can confirm 90 Days was the selection I have took and I am looking forward to seeing how it effects the search results.

You need to concentrate on off-page issue as well i.e. link building issue. Make sure you only build quality and relevant links to your site. And see how your ranking improves!
Rank on Google ** Buy PBN Backlinks **[Low OBL |Premium Quality]
