Thread: I Need Eyes From Around The World

I have a site with several galleries of pictures mostly of motorcycles and artwork seen on motorcycles. I have some more galleries to put up soon, but wanted to tweak the gallery generator that I use before making the new galleries. I happened to check some of my old galleries and found that Google does not display ads to me. Today I had a visitor from Pakistan that viewed around 400 images and it looks like ads were displayed on most, if not all, of the pages viewed.

There should be a large banner format ad on each page of these galleries and a single line wide link unit just below the bottom border of the pages. On the thumbnail page the banner should be in the header block below the gallery title. On the display pages the banner should be below the image just below the 'thumbnails' link.

If you have a few minutes could you please check a few pages and report what ads you see, if any? I would like to know if you see the banner ads and what part of the world you are in. A country would be nice, but please at least give me a region of the world ie: western Europe, eastern Europe, Aisa, Pacific Islands, etc. I am particularly interested in what US visitors see, but need data for all parts of the world.

You can start by going to my galleries index and pick a random gallery. Of the galleries that I have checked some show ads on the thumbnail pages and some don't. On the display pages it has varied between 0 and several but not all on the galleries I have checked.

Thanks, I appreciate your help. If Google will not display ads reliably I will put affiliate ads in the spaces.

PS: These images are not small. If you are on a slow connection they may take too long to load to make it worth the effort. Thanks!!

Had a look, and there is a link at the bottom of the page to hostmonster in thumbnail view, and when I look at a pic, I see ad choices at the bottom of the image. At the top I only see a text heading and nothing else. hope that helps.

Now ads are being served on all pages of that gallery that I looked at just now. It is probably just my amazing level of traffic and Google MediaBot saying ho-hum. I will edit the link to the galleries index so that if others respond they can pick a random gallery.

I looked in different galleries and Google ads are just available in bottom of pictures on some pages, means not on every page google showing ads, but on about 10 out of 3 pages show ads to me
at the bottom of pic just, not on upper or side bar. On home page ads are live at the top of page.

Thank you. That describes what I have seen locally and was the reason that I asked for help from the community.

It does appear that the issue is related to low traffic rather than coding of the pages. I am in the process of redesigning the template used in the creation of these galleries to add some additional information, and that may make Google happier with the pages. If many others will participate the value of the data may improve. The limited level of data makes it hard to see any trends.

I have now updated all (I think) the old galleries. I reworked my gallery generator templates with the objective of making the output galleries more SEO friendly. I added some features and corrected a few old oversights along the way. I am still not seeing Adsense ads displayed consistently, but I hope others are seeing them, or will see them soon. I am still interested in more observations. I would also be interested in your impressions of the updated gallery format.

Anyhow, in main gallery index I see big adsense add at the top and links at the bottom
In each individual gallery index I see the same as above.
When I look at the pics I see main adsense ad below the pic and links at the bottom of the page

And you know where I'm from
