As this forum will need some building up I'm giving away Premium Accounts for referring 30 successful signups.
I plan on putting a lot of effort into this forum to make it a very successful one (I'm still gonna be here though...).

What does a premium membership do?
Phoenyx, for you it might not be very interesting...unless you have other plans by now... :D
In the marketplace and JV sections as a normal member you can't start threads. You can of course reply to a thread, but the real opportunities are only open for Premiums.
Special offers, JV requests, Classified ads...all to make sure I don't get any crap offers. I want this forum to be better organized and lots cheaper than Warriorforum and others.
And of course....fair.
Product reviews are free, unlike the other forums, but only for Premiums.
Same for Adswaps...and solo ads are only allowed in Classifieds...that's a mess on WF.
Suggestions are welcome...you know I take it seriously.

I like the clean design and the fixed width. I did notice just one thing though - it might just be me so you may want to see what others think.
As soon as I went to the site I found the top of your background image just a bit distracting (screenshot bellow) and thought it competed with the nav and login areas in your header.

It's not a game changer but just something to think about. Other than that I like how it is organinzed.

Every IM or SEO forum resembles to some other IM or SEO related forum and that is reality, they can't be much different, because they are dealing with same topics,
same for automotive, motorcycles, games and other communities.
I would like to say few words about that categories someone mention earlier.
My suggestion is that you don't start with many cats, start small and grow as you go,
That way you forum wouldn't look empty and you don't have to spend many hours populating it at first and you will have more time to do other priority tasks.
Also you will be creating sections, forums and sub forums while you go and you can listen your members and what they want to see at your forum.
Some older members can remember how this forum looked like at the beginning with very few cats :o,
but as time passed we listened our members and grow bigger, soon we will make it even bigger.
I can honestly say that I've chosen the way it looks now to make it look "familiar" and trustworthy to the eye.
It will remind people of the WF indeed, but that's a good thing like Nemanja said.
I could have created a flashy look with orange and yellow, but imagine your own reaction to a new forum that looks completely different to other forums, with some free crappy skin for VB.
At least I would think something like "Oh look...another forum" and click the little "X" on the top right corner.
Exactly because it looks sort of familiar I think people will more likely have a look inside to see what's going on.
I know it's a risk, but when something looks familiar and you feel more or less comfortable...you're probably gonna stick around.
Another great advantage is, that the URL already has backlinks and the domain is from February 2008.
About the categories and sections:
I'm going to start posting in the categories and some of the trusted members from IMT will help me build some posts and content (thanks for that !!! :) ).
No worries...you'll see posts in most of the sections soon !
