Hello everyone,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you all about my new site Home page
It is a new FREE ADS site for mobile phones and accessories,
All comments are greatly received and will be implemented :)

The place you need to start is with some on page SEO. 'Home page' will not do as a title. It tells nothing about your site to visitors or search engines. It has been a long weekend so I didn't dig deeper, but the title hit me when I opened the page.
Looks too simple I guess. Much more additional work should be done indeed. More appealing header would do no harm. Some catchy logo will be quite the cheese as well. Social icons will recommend to place a bit up.
Get on top of your On Page SEO. Also expand on your meta tags, they are quite broad. Make the banner a lot sharper and antialias the text on the logo, it looks very jagged. If you can, move the ad to under the banner, I thought that was the banner at first, then realised it was just an ad. I'd also start adding content, its empty, but I know you're probably wanting to get everything right before you start that.
Biggest thing to do though is sort the On Page SEO. There are a lot of guides on the net and it doesn't take long to do. When its done right the rewards are great.

Also i really could do with sharpening up the banner but i have little knowledge of photoshop or gimp :( any help with this would also be great?? a new logo to go with the banner is a great idea ..... i was thinking along the lines of : swap,sell and buy any mobile for FREE!!!

looks fine to me, not a bit messy, i like, all you need to do is building up strong foundation of on-page SEO, keep in mind about your metatags, keywords and so on

Blog has been added and done some Keyword researching

It looks good apart from I think you should put some spaces in some places. For instance before the NavBar because it is on top of the logo. Just my 2 cents :)
Im running 24" 1080p Monitor, Google Chrome and Mac OS X Lion if that helps :D

I think you've got a bit over board on the adverts. I think you should lose the 728x90 banner at the top and create a better introduction to your site. By all means, have advertising, but at the moment, the first thing I see when I get to your site is a big banner ad. And what do I wanna do when I see that? Click close.
