It looks decent to me.
Maybe you can consider adding content more frequently.

just keep adding regular content looks to be going fine to me also
i hate wordpress just as much as i love it for the errors its throws up maybe run the site through w3c validator and see what it spits out guarentee it will find sonething always does when it comes to wordpress of course a lot of the errors can be ignored however

Thanks Nemanja, your words are really a boost for me. Yes i am trying to post content on regular basis. Actually too much busy with some private projects and also i always take writing very seriously. Hopefully i will be more punctual to add content.

Well i check my site using W3C Validator and the number of errors/warnings really surprised me. I am now thinking to look for a designer to remove all these errors. I like wordpress as i can handle it very easily. so i will be stick with it. thanks for your suggestion and validation checking.

Some of those errors neither you or a designer will have any control over. Some will be in banner and ad code that you can not easily change. Even Google analytics and adsense codes often throw errors in the W3C validator.
